Omega vetzuren hebben en aantal belangrijke gezondheidseffecten, we kunnen niet zonder. Helaas ligt de consumptie van omega 3 vetzuren veelal te laag. In dit dossier over omega olie heb je kunnen lezen waarom omega olie zo belangrijk is voor ons lichaam.
